Cubanelle Sweet Pepper

Cubanelle Sweet Pepper

These peppers have a mild smoky flavor with a bit of heat. They are popular in Cuban, Puerto Rican, and Dominican cuisines. Work well in stews and stuffed pepper recipes. I bought these thinking they were bell peppers as they were in the spot.

Care

How Much to Water?

Keep the soil moist for the initial years for the roots to develop. It will also depend on the Weather and heat, as the hotter weather will cause more moisture to leave the soil.

Fertilizers

Iā€™m using some 30-10-10 water soluble plant food and mix it in a 5-gallon bucket.
