Flat Italian Parsley

Flat Italian Parsley

Flat Italian parsley, also known as flat-leaf parsley, is a versatile herb used in various cuisines worldwide. It has dark, flat leaves with a robust and fresh flavor. Unlike curly parsley, which tastes similar to grass and becomes bitter over time, Italian parsley is aromatic and flavorful. Although it looks similar to cilantro, it has a milder taste and smell.
